Once a contract has been awarded it will be handed over to one of our skilled Project Managers. This dedicated Project Manager will fully co-ordinate the project through design, procurement, implementation and commissioning in order to ensure that the end product fully meets with the client’s expectations and specification.
The assigned Project Manager will fully support the installation crew as well as mesh with other required contractors to provide timely completion of your new Building Automation System. We adhere to an organized process of implementation to better support the client. All project documentation will be reviewed and approved by the acting Project Manager to ensure accuracy, we take pride in detailed as-built documentation for each project to better support the client in the future.
